Bones and All is a multidisciplinary creative studio specializing in concept, design, and fabrication for residential, hospitality, and retail environments. Founded in 2012 by Zak Kruszynski and Kelsey Henson, the studio offers a wide range of capabilities, including an in-house woodshop staffed by professional craftspeople and designers. With a network of partners skilled in diverse materials and techniques, Bones and All delivers projects of all scales from concept through completion.
Through Green Leap, Bones and All introduces the Mediary System, a modular collection of solid wood shelving and workstation components. Designed for versatility and ease of use, the system combines clean lines, exposed joinery, and thoughtful detailing to support a range of functional configurations for everyday spaces.

The Bones and All Mediary System is a modular furniture collection offering adaptable storage and workspace solutions for residential and light commercial interiors. Crafted from solid wood and defined by clean lines, exposed joinery, and thoughtful proportions, the system supports a range of functional configurations while emphasizing material integrity and ease of assembly.
At the core of the system are vertical uprights—available in 4-level and 6-level heights—designed to align with standard wall stud spacing. Each upright supports shelf positions at 12-3/8″ increments, allowing users to customize and expand their setup with ease. Components include straight shelving, desk modules in 1-shelf or 3-shelf configurations, and an angled library shelf module. Desk modules feature a standard 30” desktop height, with the 1-shelf version using 4-level uprights for a compact footprint and the 3-shelf version incorporating 6-level uprights for added vertical storage.
All configurations can be assembled as freestanding units with stretcher supports or wall-mounted for a more streamlined footprint. Whether used in studios, offices, retail settings, or home interiors, the Mediary System is designed for everyday function with a blend of flexibility, durability, and American craftsmanship. Standard wood construction is available in soft maple and cherry, finished with zero-VOC hardwax oil; additional species and finishes are available by request.
