Camp Copeland Studio

"We make contemporary home goods and personal accessories, primarily in glass and wool, though we love to experiment with new materials."

HISTORY

Established by Alyssa and Drew Kail in 2015, Camp Copeland Studio is an interdisciplinary studio specializing in glass and fiber design. Drawing inspiration from mid-century and contemporary Scandinavian aesthetics, Camp Copeland Studio offers a range of artful home goods. Based in Braddock, PA, Alyssa and Drew focus on quality, small-batch production of Camp Copeland Studio’s signature product lines and custom designs.

APPROACH

Camp Copeland Studio collection of modern home goods are handcrafted using a variety of processes. Modern Glassware incorporates screen-printing with glass powder to create bright and colorful geometric designs.  Norden Style and Terrazzo Glassware collections feature tableware and trays cast, sandblasted, and fire polished to achieve a subtle modern finish. Wool Bowls are created by forming industrial Merino wool felt.

FUTURE

Camp Copeland Studio continues to explore and develop new designs for home décor. Alyssa and Drew are focused on introducing their products to new markets and are open to collaboration with individuals and businesses interested in pursuing custom work.
