Wearable Sculptures Jewelry

Exploring new textures and materials, Broken Plates Wearable Sculptures play with light and form. These translucent terrain-style necklaces and bracelets use repetition and undulating forms to refract light and hug the body.

Broken Plates jewelry is cut from the hand-blown glass. Gillian’s process begins in the hot shop, where she begins with molten glass. Hand-blown pieces are then cut by hand or using CNC tools. These processes create intricate cuts and versatile sculptural pieces. Finally, Gillian hand finishes and fashions these pieces into their final, wearable forms.

Broken Plates Wearable Sculptures come in a variety of sizes and colors. Prices vary from piece to piece. For a current collection of available products, visit Broken Plates online.

The pieces shown here feature Broken Plates signature terrain-style sculptural design. For more information about the styles seen here, as well as options for customization or for wholesale, please contact Gillian using the buttons below.
