Introducing Monmade’s Pop-up Showroom at Module. Monmade adds a collection of furniture, lighting, and décor from our catalog to complement Module’s adaptable, eco-friendly homes at its Black Street Development. Debuting four city-dwellings, Black Street features Module’s model for residential design. We invite you to safely view Monmade’s collection of responsible, locally-made products while exploring this innovative development in Pittsburgh’s Garfield neighborhood.
Monmade welcomes you to explore our showroom at Module. Each online 15-minute appointment our team is designed to provide you with deeper insight into the products on display and Module’s approach to building homes. Design professionals and homeowners alike are invited to experience and inquire about purchasing from Monmade’s catalog of regionally and sustainably-made products.
“We’ve always admired the work that Monmade does. They were part of our very first demo unit back in 2017 and it’s very cool to have everything come full circle by collaborating with them in our show home on Black Street. We think that Monmade holds a lot of the same values we do and we’re excited to begin our partnership.”
– Brian Guadio, CEO, Module
A regional design-build company, Module’s Black Street Development offers right-sized, energy-efficient houses using prefab construction. These homes offer expandable upgrades and layouts specifically designed for flexibility. Each Module home is built to the U.S. Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Home standards and features thermal protections, advanced heating and cooling systems, and Energy Star appliances to ensure lower energy bills, less impact on the environment, a more comfortable home.
Black Street’s four-unit mixed-income development includes a duplex (where the showroom is located), a market rate home (3 bed /2.5 bath with built-in garage), and an affordable home that is designated for an income-qualified homebuyer.
